Season & Price per night
Prices per night, independent of the number of guests (up to 2 guests; third person on request). Nights are billed by calendar day – the night of 14 September is the last high-season night; from the night of 15 September the late-season rate applies.

What else to add
- Climate tax / tourist levy: 8 € per night from April to October, 2 € per night from November to March.Statutory levy in Greece (Climate Resilience Fee); the amounts depend on season and property size.
- Final cleaning: One-off per stay: 40 €.
- Early-bird discount: 5 % off when you enquire more than 6 months before arrival.Example: arrival on 1 April 2027 with an enquiry by the end of September 2026 → 5 % off the nightly rate.
- Off season: on request – long-term rental possible.Period: 16 Nov – 31 Mar (nights across the turn of the year).
Accessibility
Access: The apartment is not at ground level – from the entrance there are four steps to the lift, and the apartment itself is on the 1st floor. For questions about door widths or other details, feel free to write to us via the request form.
