Season & Price per night

Prices per night, independent of the number of guests (up to 2 guests; third person on request). Nights are billed by calendar day – the night of 14 September is the last high-season night; from the night of 15 September the late-season rate applies.

What else to add

  • Climate tax / tourist levy: 8 € per night from April to October, 2 € per night from November to March.Statutory levy in Greece (Climate Resilience Fee); the amounts depend on season and property size.
  • Final cleaning: One-off per stay: 40 €.
  • Early-bird discount: 5 % off when you enquire more than 6 months before arrival.Example: arrival on 1 April 2027 with an enquiry by the end of September 2026 → 5 % off the nightly rate.
  • Off season: on request – long-term rental possible.Period: 16 Nov – 31 Mar (nights across the turn of the year).
